Game of Thrones is one of the most popular shows on T.V. It
has become really popular because it has a huge sprawling cast, an epic story,
and great characters. One of the most uique aspects of this show is that it has
an amazing female cast. This is something that is not normally seen on network
Television.
In fact, besides Tyrion Lannister, who is played by Peter
Dinkalage, most of the most popular characters are females. Certainly Daenerys Targaryen, played by Emilia Clarke, is as popular a character as any
fantasy show has ever seen.

Daenerys is very popular with both men and women. Women love
the fact that she is a fierce warrior, strong and independent. She was originally married off to Khal Drogo
by her brother. After Drogo died, she went on to lead her new clan of people.
Lena Headey: The Queen Cersei. She is
the sister of Tyrion. Heady is a brunette in real life, but like Emilia Clarke,
she has long blond hair in the show.
Esme Bianco-As Ros. She is the
madam, prostitute, in the show. Bianco was involved in Burlesque theater.
She plays one of the women who are not born high, in the parlance of the show, however she is wise and understands how to operate and maneuver through the different problems.
Natalie Dormer: She plays Margaery Tyrell.
Dormer became famous playing Anne Boleyn in The Tudors.
