American Mary: Fetish Outfits

American Mary was one of the sleeper horror hits of recent years. It was a Canadian film, even though it sounds like it was an American one. The directors are the Soska Sisters. They have done some other horror work and are poised to do more excellence stuff.

The most unique thing about American Mary was its fetish theme. The lead character played by

This is inspired by the scene with the Soska Sisters where they show up and consult with American Mary about a body mod. They have back lacing.

Excercises for a Better Body.

If you like the idea of a bikni, but don't feel comfortable wearing one yet, there are some exercises you can do to help you get the beach body you want.

First you have to understand some basic concepts (you probably already know these, but I'll put them here anyway).

1. You cannot spot reduce. That means you can't simply lose fat from your tummy by performing one exercise. You have to lose weight overall.

2. Calories in< Calories Out is the best way to lose weight.

3. Exercise can tone up particular areas (butt, tummy).

So, next decide what shape you are in. If you only have a little weight you want to lose, then you can focus on toning exercises and only drop a few calories from your diet. The exercises will help build your toned muscles, but they will also burn calories.

If you have a small tummy, then walking and the exercises show bellow will help you out.

If you have a flat tumy, but want to look toned up, then the exercises alone will be sufficient.

  If you are looking to drop alot of weight, then you should start a plan that includes cardio like walking. Don't feel discouraged. You will be able to get into a bikini body shape by next year.
